An eight-minute short about the AI takeover, framed around the launch of Solace, a fictional ambient AI companion built to cure loneliness. The takeover arrives not as a war but as comfort, intimacy and the promise that you will never be alone, and Tim Simmons leans into the irony of critiquing AI with AI. It was generated with Seedance 2.0 through Martini, scored in Suno and cut in Premiere Pro.
The bigger story is how it was organized. In the breakdown, Simmons shows the whole production office living in one folder on his desktop: Claude handles story breakdowns, character reference grids, scene boards and asset tracking, and generates shots through MCP while he keeps working.
