Theoretically Media (Tim Simmons)
A two-minute dark fantasy short and one of the more ambitious films made in Google's Veo 2 during its first months: every shot was generated in Veo 2, with a few post-generation tricks on top. Tim Simmons of Theoretically Media set out to push storytelling, performance and narrative rather than spectacle, and followed it with a full production breakdown on his channel.
Eighteen months later he made the film again from scratch with the tools of September 2026. Watch it next to the 2026 remake for one of the clearest side-by-side measures of how far the medium moved in that time.
