A laborer on the forest world of Jatar takes hazard work tapping psychoactive sap from its oldest trees. The whispering gets into him, and what the woods eventually show him is their own memory: ancient humans terraforming a dead planet, the paradise that grew from it, and the engineered ecosystem that outlived the people who made it.

Gossip Goblin ran this like a studio picture rather than a solo project — Zack London directing from a script written with Jacob Batchelor, Joseph Nesbitt-Larking narrating, and credited leads for visuals, animation, editing, sound and color. It's one chapter of the studio's Thirteen Cycles of Humanity saga, falling between the eleventh and twelfth cycles. The film has since passed nine million views on YouTube.
