Gen 1 Cyberpunk Short Film

A four-minute cyberpunk short made in the first weeks of Runway Gen-1, when AI video could not yet invent footage and could only restyle footage you already had. JSFILMZ, a channel known for Unreal Engine 5 tutorials, ran source footage (Artlist stock, along with Unreal Engine 5 and Move AI motion-capture material going by the film's tags) through Gen-1 to turn it into a neon city of armored figures. A hired voiceover and sound design carry the story over the shifting, flickering frames.

It shows the bridge a lot of early AI filmmakers crossed: game-engine and 3D artists using video-to-video as a render layer on top of the pipelines they already knew.
