Aida's Shadows

An eighteen-minute crime thriller made from a forty-page script for $2,500. JSFILMZ generated more than 1,600 clips, mostly in Seedance 2.0, to build it scene by scene: a witness interrogation, an ambush in a meat plant and a confrontation in an asylum. The film was an official selection at the Seoul International AI Film Festival.

The video continues past the film into a full breakdown of the workflow: working around Seedance 2.0's fifteen-second limit, holding characters consistent without rigging, blocking and lighting shots, and upscaling to 1080p, with outtakes at the end. It records what one person could make at short-film length in mid-2026, and what it cost.
