L'éveil à la création (The Dawn of Creation)

Inspired by Paul Gauguin's first voyage to Tahiti in 1891: an artist travels alone into the island's interior, where a meeting with an ancient deity changes how he sees. Carlo De Togni directed from Elena Sparacino's script, telling the story in French through a sequence of AI-generated painterly tableaux. An Honoree at Runway's second AI Film Festival, it went on to Ars Electronica.
