SALVAGE

A five-minute short set in a coastal village where the sea stands still for four minutes each year and everyone gathers for a strange ritual. One woman goes back into it to salvage something nobody expects. Written and directed by Faizan 'Fez' Kareem, an actor as well as a filmmaker, and produced through his KAI Studio.

The film was generated entirely inside Higgsfield's Cinema Studio and submitted to the Higgsfield Global Film Festival 2026. Its dialogue is in an invented coastal dialect, subtitled in English, and Kareem has published the full project page showing how it was put together.
