Five days after Wan 3.0 went API-only and nine after MiniMax-H3 excluded the US and EU from its license, LTX released 2.5 as the counter-argument: 22B parameters on Hugging Face, free for commercial use under $10M ARR, no mandatory branding, no geographic carve-outs.

The headline is speed: a 10-second 720p clip renders in 6.8 seconds on two GB200s, faster than real time. The production features matter more. Native multishot holds character, lighting, and voice across cuts inside the model, and it takes 16-bit EXR in ACES and returns it intact, so a generated shot survives a real finishing pipeline. One caveat: the speed numbers are LTX's own and labeled preliminary.
