Imagination Studio

Keys & Sam Wasserman

An open-source, all-in-one AI film studio that runs entirely on your own hardware: Apple-silicon Macs and the NVIDIA DGX Spark, on the TensorFold runtime. Keys and Sam Wasserman announced it fully redesigned and rebuilt from the ground up, with six engines (Story, Image, Video, Previs, Sound and Edit) covering video, audio, music and images. Pictures come from Qwen-Image, FLUX 3 Klein and MOSS-Image, video with sound from MiniMax H3, voices from Fish Audio Drama 3 and songs with sung vocals from MiniMax-Music3. It builds in Wasserman's Filmmaker Suite, his Slate prompt studio and Motion Previs among it, and adds an Agent room where Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Grok or a local model drives the studio's tools, Blender and Blockout.

Where most of the year's filmmaking platforms rented cloud models by the credit, this one bets on the other direction: the latest open models, a whole production pipeline and the agents to run it, on a machine you own, with no per-shot cost.

Made with Qwen-Image 2.1, FLUX 3 Klein, MOSS-Image, MiniMax H3, Fish Audio Drama 3, MiniMax-Music3
