Haul (Prologue)

A four-and-a-half-minute prologue for Haul, a sci-fi thriller Dave Clark has been developing on and off for nearly two years. In Purgatory the dead earn their way into Heaven by hunting fallen angels, and a guilt-ridden former Marine, one soul away from salvation, finds his final haul turning into a journey through Hell itself.

Clark's studio, Promise, keeps the world in development between his bigger productions. Over a long weekend he went back in, pushed the latest AI filmmaking tools to see what they could now do, and used them to go deeper into the story. The prologue is the result, posted in 4K on X alongside the YouTube release.
