YouTube Requires Disclosure for Synthetic Content

YouTube rolls out a Creator Studio tool that requires uploaders to label realistic content that has been meaningfully altered or generated — including generative AI footage, voice cloning, and digitally altered faces of real people. Obviously fantastical and production-assistance use is exempt.
