Viggle 1.0 arrived on March 20, 2024 with JST-1, pitched as the first video-3D foundation model with real physics understanding: give it a character image and a driving video and the character performs the motion. Two weeks later, on April 3, Viggle 2.0 made it free, sharper and better with faces, and the timing was perfect. A.I.Warper's Lil Yachty walk-out template, built from the rapper's Summer Smash entrance, turned the tool into the meme workflow of the spring: the Joker, video game characters and everyone's profile picture strutted onto that stage, and the Discord filled up with millions of users overnight.

It was the first time a video-to-video workflow went viral with people who had never opened ComfyUI. Character replacement on a driving clip became a thing you just did in a chat window, and the idea came back a year later as Act-One, Wan-Animate and motion control inside the big models.
