A complete remake of Tim Simmons' 2025 short [The Bridge](https://aifilmhistory.org/entry/the-bridge-veo-2), which he originally made entirely in Veo 2. The same dark fantasy story now runs nearly four minutes against the original's two, generated with Seedance 2.5 and GPT Image 2 on Runway through its MCP tool, with a healthy assist from Astra (OpenAI's GPT-6), then cut in Premiere Pro and finished in DaVinci Resolve. Simmons says there were stretches where he never touched his keyboard.

That is what the pair shows. The 2025 film was about coaxing one model into holding a performance shot by shot; the remake is directed through a pipeline an agent can partly run on its own. He made it as a deliberate test of how far the tools came in the months since.
