Runway announces an expanded partnership with Lionsgate, anchored by a slate of new initiatives including a joint development program focused on creating original IP together. The two companies will launch the program to build new IP, and Lionsgate has taken an equity interest in Runway — deepening one of the first major studio-AI alignments from a content license into shared ownership and co-development.
