A two-and-a-half-week competition (April 17 → May 4) daring creators to pitch the show they've always wanted to make as a 1–3 minute trailer generated entirely inside Runway, with a $100,000 prize pool. Thousands of entries narrow to twenty winners, announced May 12. Guillermo Miranda's Sincitium takes the $50,000 Grand Prize. The contest reads as Runway pushing past its annual AIFF cadence into a year-round prize engine, in the wake of similar moves like the Grok Imagine Ad Contest earlier in 2026.
