"You've never seen anything like this." Runway posted a two-minute film about a horse on August 27 with no other caption, and by September 1 it had passed nine million views on X.

Then came the reason for the title. The next day Runway turned it into a game of HORSE: quote-tweet the post with your best continuation of the story, 24 hours only, winner gets 1,000,000 Runway credits, with the film's prompts and characters published. The grand prize went to László Gaál, with four runners-up, bru_ai, Andy Orsow, Leo Espinoza, and Jake Joseph, at 50,000 credits each. The HORSE game completes Runway's 2026 playbook: make the marketing itself a filmmaking prompt, and pay the community in render time.
