A story of love and loss told from the perspective of a pet fish, a red betta watching from its bowl as a couple's life plays out in a cluttered apartment lit like 90s Hong Kong. Yingjie Chen's film won the $20,000 Jury Selection at the first [Lumara Film Festival](https://aifilmhistory.org/entry/lumara-film-festival-2026), runner-up to the Grand Prize. It hadn't been released online before the festival; the day after the awards, Venice posted a 30-second excerpt on X.
