Artie, Kai and Socket make it through the gate and into Avalon. What they expected to be a dark and dangerous world turns out to be strangely beautiful, but as they go deeper in search of Emily, new creatures, unexpected clues, questionable decisions and one very big fight show them that looks can be deceiving.

At sixteen minutes, Chapter 3 is the longest installment yet, made by a tiny team at ODD KID in under a month. Daubrez billed it as feature-quality animation and asked what that does to filmmaking: more stories, more creators, writers building their own worlds, "and here come agentic workflows" even for editing. Seven months after [Chapter 0](https://aifilmhistory.org/entry/junkyard-king), the series had settled into a run of quarter-hour episodes.
